Matt Stanger of F365 makes a very valid point with regards to the £15million Liverpool are apparently willing to pay for Swansea’s midfielder Joe Allen.
While I’ve previously likened the young Wales international’s playing style (not quality) to Andres Iniesta, I fully agree with Stanger’s argument in this article: the money can be better spent elsewhere and there are already other current Liverpool players capable of buying into Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers’ playing philosophy.
